Agnew Performance Academy provides educational and athletic training services including:

  • Music instruction and practice facility access

  • Sports training and coaching

  • Psychology and wellness services

  • Facility and room rentals

  • Clinics, seminars, and special events

Registration and Membership

To use our services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Membership may be subject to annual dues, which must be paid by the specified deadline to maintain active status.

Booking and Payments

  • Room bookings and class registrations are subject to availability

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund

  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of payment

  • We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to instructor illness, facility issues, or insufficient enrollment

SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Agnew Performance Academy regarding:

  • Booking confirmations and reminders

  • Schedule changes and cancellations

  • Important academy announcements

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your bookings and activities.

Opting Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.

Liability and Waivers

Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. By using our facilities and services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to:

  • Use equipment properly and at your own risk

  • Sign required liability waivers for physical activities

  • Provide accurate medical information relevant to your participation

Code of Conduct

All members and visitors must:

  • Treat staff, instructors, and other members with respect

  • Maintain appropriate behavior in all areas of the facility

  • Follow facility rules and safety guidelines

  • Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately

We reserve the right to terminate membership or deny access for violation of these rules.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials is owned by Agnew Performance Academy and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other members, us, or third parties.
