I built Agnew Performance Academy to harness the collective power of the wealth of brilliance around me in teachers, coaches, and leaders to create a space for high performers to practice, learn, and train together is a positive and supportive social environment. Teachers and coaches at Agnew are dedicated to teaching resilience, fostering a commitment to excellence, nurturing acceptance and optimism, and creating a safe space to fail, learn, and grow through the conduits of the performing arts and sport.
Is it my dream to produce large numbers of Olympic athletes and Professional Musicians? No! My goal is to produce large numbers of adults in all professions who know how to achieve excellence, are great team members-builders-leaders, who are confident and kind, who find joy in work, and who will look back and say that they learned these skills through a happy and safe adolescence working hard in music, dance, and sports.~ Martha
