We offer several options for small-group coaching. Not only do small groups allow for reducing costs and forming strong social supports, they allow for group-specific modalities and simulation training. Group coaching can be paired with one-on-one sessions or done alone. Groups will focus on core skills and experiential training.

Expert Mental Training Rooted in Experience, Research & Empathy
With 25 years as a cellist in The Cleveland Orchestra, performing hundreds of concerts annually in the world's greatest concert halls, striving for and maintaining the highest level of performance under pressure has been a central focus of my life since childhood. Over three decades of teaching and coaching performers my students have gone on to successful auditions for elite conservatories, training programs, competitions, and professional auditions at Curtis, Juilliard, Rice University, Northwestern University, Aspen, Tanglewood, National Youth Orchestra, and more.  But it was as a parent of an athlete that I witnessed firsthand how many young athletes struggle with confidence, anxiety, and focus—with few resources tailored to their unique needs. That realization led me back to graduate school, where I formally studied sport and performance psychology to better serve the next generation of athletes and performers.. A member of the American Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) , the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS), and the Performing Arts Medicine Association (PAMA), I studied in the graduate school at University of Western Sport and Performance Psychology program. In 2025, I was chosen to present at the PAMA 2025 International Congress in Washington, D.C. My mentors include Kori Ade (U.S. Olympic Coach), Mike Clark (U.S.O.P.C), and Trevor Jones (renowned PGA Mental Performance Coach).
